Zema Estate 2016 Shiraz
An elegant palate of plum, cherry and raspberry. Complimented by cloves, spice and cedary oak for a soft, savoury finish.
This wine was made from fruit which was harvested at its optimum maturity.
The wine was fermented for 7 days under controlled temperatures in a combination of rotary and static fermenters.
“Good colour; the complex bouquet ranges through black berry/cherry fruit, spice and Coonawarra earth, which all appear in the full-bodied, balanced and long palate. The tannin structure is in tune with the oak, adding the icing to the cake.
