Frequently asked questions

How much is it for shipping?

Standard shipping for under 6 bottles is $20 Australia wide.

For any mixed pack or selection of wines that are 6 or over, Coonawarra Vignerons is absorbing freight costs.

This means it's free shipping, no matter your location in Australia.

Additional charges may apply for Express deliveries via Toll Priority.

Can I swap out the one/or more of the wines in my pack with another wine?

Unfortunately not at this stage. Contents of the mixed packs can't be currently altered. 

Coonawarra Vignerons makes every effort to offer variation in packs and to feature as many member wine brands as possible.

My favourite Coonawarra winery isn’t included in the packs. Will a pack be created with their wine/s soon?

All Coonawarra member wineries and producers have been invited to supply wine/s of their choice for inclusion in the Coonawarra regional mix packs.

At this point in time, not all wineries have opted to participate.

If your favourite winery isn’t featured in the packs, contact us and we'll pass on your message for them to consider supplying their wine in the future.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been processed?

We'll do our very best to accommodate you prior to your order shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, we can't make any further changes.

So we recommend taking the time to check the delivery address prior to placing your order.

I don't live in Australia but I'd like to place an order.

We love hearing from those around the world looking to have Coonawarra delivered to them. Currently we're only servicing Australia but very keen to expand.

Best thing to do is contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

We'll do our very best to accommodate you prior to your order shipping.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped so we recommend taking the time to carefully check the details prior to placing an order. 

Please contact us should you wish to change or cancel your order prior to shipment.

Not all of my wine has arrived — where is the rest of my delivery?

Let us help. Please contact us so we can track your order and find out where your missing cases are.

What is your policy for returns and refunds?

In the unlikely event that the wine received is faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please contact us so that we can assist.
