Cabernet Sauvignon is Coonawarra’s pre-eminent grape variety. Parcels of premium fruit are selected, fermented and then aged in French oak barrels to produce this full bodied and richly flavoured wine.
Food Pairing:
A perfectly cooked medium-rare marbled Scotch Fillet steak, or a wonderfully simple dish of grilled pine mushrooms with herbs on some crusty bread.
